Welcome to the beginning phase of a new integrated CGI support portal. Starting in October 2005 CGI will begin using Remedy® Customer Support and Service as the primary ticket tracking system for Federal, Public and Commercial Sector product support groups.
After the change to the Remedy® CSS ticket tracking system we will be turning our attention to the current support websites. This page is a placeholder for our new support portal. Eventually this page will be your access point for all your support questions. In the interim you can access the existing support websites using the links below. Once there you can access your issues in Remedy® CSS by logging in to the Customer Access Interface (CAI). To login to the CAI please use the same login ID and password you use to login to the support website. Should you have any problems accessing or using the CAI please follow the instructions in the help document or call your regular support number for assistance.
Please note: The new Remedy® CSS system contains only active issues. For information on issues that were closed before October 10th, please follow the appropriate links on your support website. The links may be found below:
